Plot

Set in the utopian Piltover and oppressive dungeon of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two iconic League of Legends champions and the power that will tear them apart… See the cast behind some of your favorite cartoons and series, including Ella Purnell in "Arcane.". Fortiche Productions produced a music video called «Get Jinxed» for Riot in 2013.

Riot was so impressed with the work that they asked Fortiche to create an animated series, which took them several years to create. After the release of the first season, Riot announced that there would be a second season and that it would take less time to produce. Arcane: Animated SF/Fantasy Steampunk series on Netflix. There is unrest in the cities of Piltover and Zaun, Piltover, the city above, literally looks down and oppresses Zaun. We have gangs of thieves, rebels, steampunk stormtroopers, magic mixed with science.

The action takes place in the League Of Legends game universe

This is serious stuff, with an extraordinary physical and «magical» aspect; battles. Also a story with two sisters falling apart and scientists/mages fighting against the conservatism of the Council, which fears the unleashing of uncontrollable forces. Directed by Pascal Chareau and Arnaud Delord, screenplay by Christian Linke and Alex Yee.
